Cook It Raw brings together 15 international top chefs in remote areas to explore socio-environmental issues through cuisine. Some chefs to note include Albert Adrià (41º Experience, Barcelona), Ben Shewry (Attica, Melbourne) and April Bloomfield (The Spotted Pig, NYC) The chefs then show off their artistic creativity and craft spectacular dishes for their guests. This revolutionary concept will change the way we look at food and where it comes from on a global scale.
