Tapas Journey Toronto: Presented by Estrella Damm
From August 13-23rd 2015, Estrella Damm was excited to bring tapas culture to Toronto, with Canada’s inaugural Tapas Journey.
Tapas Journey was a culinary tour around Toronto where guests were able to savour 3 mouth-watering tapas curated by innovative chefs with a cold Estrella Damm beer for $20.
To top off the festivities, Estrella Damm had partnered with Spotlight City Events to bring Pintxos Toronto: A Celebration of Tapas.
Participating restaurants included: Barsa Taberna, Beast, Byblos, Carmen, Cava, East Thirty-Six, El Catrin, Kanpai Snack Bar, Los Colibrís, Mamakas Taverna, Marben, Mata Petisco Bar, Nota Bene, Patria, Raca Café & Bar, Salt Wine Bar, Taverna pa Mercatto, The Good Son, Valdez, and Weslodge
Attendees had started their gastronomic expedition by picking up a Tapas Journey Passport at any of the participating restaurants. They then received a stamp upon ordering from the special menu. By sharing their experience on social media via posting a photo of their stamped passport, one lucky guest won a trip for 2 to Miami to attend the Estrella Damm Gastronomy Congress to see Ferran Adrià, the world’s most awarded chef.

2. Have your server put a sticker on your passport
