Toronto is our city and we love its multicultural atmosphere. One of our favourite aspects is of course the local festival scene. In April of 2014, our client Samuel Adams had the pleasure of being the beer sponsor for the first annual #YumChaTO Dim Sum Festival.
Who doesn’t love some Dim Sum? Toronto foodies alike came out in full force to chow down at the sold out festival, including some of our friends – Joel Solish, Jason Finestone, Esther Katzman, Monica Lee & Clara Lau, Vickie Cheung, Yvonne Tsui. We’re right at home with such a vibrant and passionate community.
Samuel Adams was paired with innovative takes on traditional dim sum. These included delicious dumplings and steamed buns done by some of the best local chefs of Chinese Cuisine the city has to offer including Chef Nick Liu from GwaiLo, Chef Wing Li & Chef Chris Jang of Linda Modern Thai and Chef John Horne of Canoe.
#YumChaTO was a great success and we couldn’t be more pleased of our growing partnership with Suresh Doss of Spotlight City. Supporting the idea of collaboration, creativity and curiosity is right at our core and is part of why we love what we do.
