It may be a time for New Year Resolutions and new promises for renewed lifestyles but what really gets us excited is a NEW YEAR for food trends in 2016.

Sure, there may be plenty of lists and predictions but as a food agency, we have a first-hand, insider’s scoop on what will be hot this year.

Our love of Spain continues to grows. Hearty Paella dishes emerge to satiate large crowds. Dive into fragrant rice riddled with fresh seafood and meats.
