Sriracha Lime Sour
Ingredients
8 oz Tequila
4 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Simple syrup
2 Egg whites
1/2 oz Club House Sriracha & Lime
2 tsp Angostura Bitters
1/2 tsp Club House Sriracha & Lime
How to Make
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass.
Pour cocktails into glass of choice and garnish with couple dots of bitters and a sprinkle of Club House Sriracha & Lime.

Figgy Cocktail
Syrup Ingredients
1 370g jar of Bonne Maman Fig Jam
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Honey
Cocktail Ingredients
1 oz Bonne Maman Fig Syrup
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 Fig slice as garnish
How to Make
Combine water & the contents of Bonne Maman Fig Jam jar into a sauce pan, whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.
Let cool and then transfer to a blender. Blend on high for 1 – 2 minutes, until all the fruit preserves are broken down and you have a smooth mixture. Add honey and mix on low for 30 seconds to combine.
Fill 1 cocktail shaker with ice and add 1 oz of Bonne Maman Fig syrup. Add Cointreau, bourbon, lemon juice & shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with fig slice & serve.

Ingredients
1/2 oz Makers Mark
1/4 oz Knob Creek Rye
1/4 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Gran Marnier
1/4 oz Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
How to Make
Combine all ingredients in a stirring glass and stir continuously for about 40 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange zest.

1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Stonewall Kitchen Bada Bing Cherry
How to Make
Fill mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients and shake or stir according to your own preference. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with your cherry.
