Last month Chef Derek Dammann brought the best of Scottish land & sea to his acclaimed Montreal restaurant, Maison Publique.
From Lochlander Scottish Salmon to Scotch Lamb, Chef Dammann added Scotch Surf & Turf dishes to his regular menu for a limited time. This offering was in celebration of a selection of Scottish products becoming available in Canada, as well as being in anticipation of many more products about to hit the market in the coming months.
