TORONTO (May 3, 2018) – In a special public offering hosted May 3rd-6th, at Maison Publique, Montreal’s Chef Derek Dammann will be adding Scotch Surf & Turf dishes to his regular menu. The offering is in celebration of a selection of Scottish products now available in Canada, as well as in anticipation of many more products to hit the market in the coming months.
