Food Photography Creatives –
We are seeking an experienced food photography creative team to produce a set of recipe-based images for the launch of a new egg brand. This is an opportunity for photographers and production teams who specialize in packaged food, recipe development, and brand-forward visual storytelling.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Deliverables: 10 final, edited recipe images
Recipes & Product: Recipes and branded egg cartons will be provided and are available upon request
Creative Approach: We are looking for creators who can bring strong visual brand ideas to the table while working within an established brand book
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Final imagery must align with the provided brand book, while allowing room for creative interpretation
Selected teams will be asked to provide inspiration swipes / mood boards and a short written approach outlining how they would shoot the content (IE styling techniques, team members)
Preference will be given to teams with experience shooting packaged food or grocery brands
PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
The selected creative team must supply:
Photographer and creative lead
Food stylist who can also cook the recipes
Studio space
Props, surfaces, and styling materials
All food ingredients beyond the provided egg cartons
Full post-production and colour correction
All production and post-production costs must be included in the total budget.
USAGE & RIGHTS
Usage Scope: Organic social, paid social, brand website, email marketing, and PR
Term: 36-month usage licence from final delivery
Geography: Canada
Exclusivity: No category exclusivity required
DELIVERABLE SPECIFICATIONS
10 high-resolution final images
Minimum 4,000px on the long edge
Delivered as JPG files (please note if layered files are available)
One round of light revisions included
TIMELINE
Shoot Window: Early March
Final Delivery: End of March
BUDGET
Total Budget: $5,000 CAD
Budget is all-inclusive and must cover studio, food, props, crew, and post-production
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit payable upon project award
Balance due upon receipt of final approved images
CONFIDENTIALITY
Selected teams will be required to sign an NDA prior to receiving the brand book and recipes
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please include the following in your submission:
Link to a relevant portfolio (food / CPG work preferred)
Examples of packaged food or grocery photography (if available)
A short written approach (3–5 sentences) describing how you would shoot the content
An inspiration swipe or mood board (5–10 images)
Confirmation of availability for early March production
Confirmation that you can work within the stated budget and timeline
