Branding & Buzzing is a boutique marketing agency known for building campaigns for food, and beverage brands. We mix creative storytelling with influencer engagement and social strategy — and we get results. You’ll be working on one of our client accounts, collaborating with our ad specialist and the client to maintain and grow their social media and influencer community.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage monthly content calendars for Facebook & Instagram
- Create or coordinate content with our suppliers (photos, Reels, Stories, copy, etc.)
- Lead influencer outreach, communication, deliverable and asset tracking
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Sprout Social and Meta Suite
- Engage with audiences daily via comments, DMs, reshares and story tags
- Coordinate with our internal team to integrate influencer into paid media efforts
- Help maintain organized asset folders and campaign files
- Join client meetings (remote and in-person in Prince Edward County when required)
- Travel to content shoots in the PEC or GTA area as needed (advance notice provided)
What You’ll Accomplish
- Deliver consistent, engaging and brand-aligned content each month
- Run efficient influencer campaigns with clear deliverables and tracking
- Keep engagement high and communities active across platforms
- Continue to build trust with our client through solid communication and follow-through
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2–4 years of social media and influencer marketing experience
- Communicate clearly both in writing and in a virtual team environment
- Are organized, proactive and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Are based in Ontario and can travel to Prince Edward County and/or the GTA occasionally for client meetings or content shoots
Basic Requirements
- Approx. 70 hours/month (17.5 hours/week)
- Core weekday availability: 11 AM–3 PM EST
- Must check communication platforms (Teams, Monday.com, email) twice daily
- Know your way around Monday.com, Sprout Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Dropbox and Google Docs
